I wouldn’t say it’s some miracle thing, but it has made my appetite feel a lot easier to manage. I usually get snacky in the late afternoon, especially when I’m working from home and wandering into the kitchen for no real reason, and this seems to help with that. Still have cravings here and there, but they don’t feel as intense.

I gave BodyHealth a try because I was really hoping it would help me sleep better, but i didn’t notice any difference at all. I was still waking up several times during the night and feeling wiped out in the morning. For what it costs, I expected at least some kind of improvement. Also, I couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be extra costs or little fees tucked in somewhere, which made the whole thing feel even less worth it. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it felt like a waste of money.
